Building community and collaboration promoting home games so people can come watch our clubs compete and boost morale Provide collaboration opportunity between different sports clubs, societies and charities to build a stronger community in RGU

Mental health is a huge issue faced by all students, I believe sport and activity can really help improve mental health. From Personal experience I moved to Aberdeen and didn’t know a lot of people, my mental health was declining but when I joined RGU Boxing I began to exercise and meet people who made me feel welcome, this improved my mental health and made me feel at home I would work to promote all the services RGU provide to support students but also external services local to aberdeen.
