Celebrate your graduation in style! Grad Ball is back at the P&J Live for a mega night of dancing, ceilidh, live music, food and much more!

Tickets cost £69.95 each and will be available to purchase from midday on Thursday 8th of June for those on the priority list. General sale tickets will go live midday on Friday 9th of June. As always, we expect tickets to sell extremely fast, so please start making your plans and arranging any group purchases to avoid disappointment.

TICKET SALES LAUNCH
Ticket sales will launch at midday on Thursday 8th of June for those on the priority list and the remainder tickets will go live midday on Friday 9th of June. Please note there are no physical ticket sales outlets and all sales will take place through the Union website and our ticketing partner, Native.

TICKET PRICES / TYPES / PLUS ONES
Tickets are priced at £69.95 for RGU students and graduates. You will be asked to enter your matriculation number when purchasing your ticket.

If you are purchasing multiple tickets (eg, for other members of a group) you must provide the matriculation numbers of each member of your group along with the names of any plus-ones/guests.

RGU students and graduates are permitted to buy a ticket for one non-student guest only. You must supply us with their name when booking. Non-student guest tickets are priced at £72.95.

A booking fee may be applied by the ticketing sales agent when purchasing your ticket(s).

GROUPS
To guarantee that you are sitting next to your friends, it is strongly advised that one person buys your tickets in the same transaction. If you are buying tickets separately then please nominate someone from your group to be the LEAD CONTACT. You will be asked to enter the name of the lead contact when booking your ticket(s), and our team will then match you up with the rest of your group when confirming seating plans.

BUYING TICKETS
You will be asked for the following details for each ticketholder when completing your purchase:

- Matriculation number
- Dietary requirements (if applicable)
- Access requirements (if applicable)
- Would you like non-alcoholic alternatives to be provided for you?
- Do you plan to use the complimentary bus into town at the end of the night?
- If you plan to sit together as part of a group, what is the name of the lead contact?
- How many people are part of your group?

MATRICULATION NUMBERS
You must supply us with your matriculation number when purchasing your ticket. If you are purchasing multiple tickets, you must provide the matriculation numbers of each member of your group along with the names of any plus-ones.

TABLE CAPACITIES
Tables can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. If you are part of a smaller group size please be aware that some other ticket-holders may be allocated to your table to bring the total number up to 10.

MENU
We are working closely with the venue to confirm the menu for this event, this will be announced to ticket holders very soon. Please note any dietary requirements/allergies when booking your ticket(s) and our team will be in touch if there are any questions related to this.

AFTER PARTY
Your ticket will also entitle you to free entry to the Graduation Ball After Party, details will be released soon. Transport from the P&J Live to the after party venue is included in your ticket price.

NON ALCOHOLIC DRINKS
Your ticket price includes an arrival drink and half a bottle of wine per person. If you do not drink alcohol, please let us know when purchasing your tickets and we will arrange for alternative soft drink options.

TICKETS INCLUDE
Drinks reception, complimentary drink on arrival, two course meal, complimentary glass of wine with meal, live music acts, ceilidh band and dancing, live DJ, party photo booth, popcorn stall, filled rolls at midnight, return transport to city centre and free entry to after party!
